Truly enjoyed the location in the middle of jackson. We stopped by River Cafe Firenze for coffee and treats, it was relatively close to the hotel. The restaurant was not very far from the property. Our stay there was relaxing.

No Wi-Fi in rooms, odd shower handle, and zero staff sightings. Felt like I was part of a "Find the Invisible Hotel Employee" game show. room was surprisingly nice. Good coffee and biscuits. Bed was comfy. Convenient location. Just don't expect anyone to chat with. It's like a hotel for introverts.

My stay at Lunaria Suites was good. The room was clean, spacious, and charmingly decorated. The location, right across from the Pitti palace, couldn't have been better. The comfy bed and essential products provided added to the overall comfort. The proximity to Ponte Vecchio was a bonus. The only downside was the lack of face-to-face interaction with staff and some minor inconveniences with the shower handle. I highly recommend this hotel.
